TruexCullins is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with 15 years of experience to lead the design of hospitality interiors projects. We currently have a diverse roster of hospitality projects including boutique hotels, restaurant interiors, and destination resorts.

Candidates should have strong design skills and be able to develop creative design solutions and details for all phases of a project. Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable meeting with clients, builders and consultants.

We are a 35-person architecture and interior design firm located on the waterfront in downtown Burlington Vermont. Our work includes local, national and international projects in the residential, commercial, educational and hospitality markets. Requirements

• Proficiency in Revit required. 3D renderings skills a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in all aspects of the interior design process including: programming, interior space planning, schematics, research, selection and specifying materials and FF&E, detailing, construction documents, consultant coordination, and construction administration
• Experience with project management including estimating staffing requirements and working within client budgets
• Ability to manage priorities efficiently and effectively on multiple projects either independently or as part of a team
• Excellent written, verbal, listening and presentation skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with your teams, clients and consultants
• Creative, critical, and innovative designer and thinker
• NCIDQ certification a plus
• Knowledge and familiarity with specifying plumbing and lighting fixtures, and kitchen equipment
