We are currently seeking a Residential Interior Designer with 10 years of high-end residential design experience to join our growing and creative team.

We are currently seeking an Interior Designer with 10 years of high-end residential design experience to join our growing and creative team. Candidates should have a Bachelor or Masters Degree and possess strong design and communication skills.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Revit required. 3D renderings skills a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in all aspects of the interior design process including: programming, interior space planning, schematics, research, selection and specifying materials and FF&E, detailing, construction documents, consultant coordination, and construction administration
• Experience with project management including estimating staffing requirements and working within client budgets
• Ability to manage priorities efficiently and effectively on multiple projects either independently or as part of a team
• Excellent written, verbal, listening and presentation skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with your teams, clients and consultants
• Creative, critical, and innovative designer and thinker
• NCIDQ certification a plus
• Knowledge and familiarity with specifying plumbing and lighting fixtures, and kitchen equipment
• Experience in kitchen design and millwork design and detailing.
