We are passionate about work in the pipeline to improve the built and natural environment for the community in need of compassion and equality. The work includes affordable housing, clinics for community health and mental health services, adaptation and rehabilitation of historic structures, and spaces that support non-profits and local makers.
In our open one-room studio we maintain a welcoming environment, foster teamwork, and serve our clients. Just as important is our time outside of the studio where we engage with our neighbors, travel, and value time with our children, friends, and families.

Work Week - Hourly pay, traditional 40 hour work week with flexible work hours.
WFH - allowable for portion of the week with demonstrated independence, project management skills, and experience
