RFQ for a second-floor expansion of Archways facility located in Tilton, NH

Archways is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide full design and project oversight services for a second-floor expansion of our facility located in Tilton, New Hampshire.

This project is supported in part by funding from the Northern Border Regional Commission (NBRC) Catalyst Program and will follow federal procurement requirements under 2 CFR 200.

We are distributing this RFQ widely across New England and welcome submissions from firms with experience in federally funded infrastructure projects.

Submission deadline: April 6, 2026 at 8:00 PM ET.

The RFQ document is attached and includes the full scope of services, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria.
