Residential Project Architect
We are looking for a motivated individual who possesses strong communication and organizational skills, has a passion for design, and works well with a team. You should have experience in all aspects of residential design including concepting, construction documents, and construction administration.
Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor or Masters degree in architecture, and either be a registered architect or be on the path toward registration. Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of building science and codes is required. The candidate should have the ability to create successful work plans, manage a team of internal staff and consultants, and work within established deadlines and project budgets.
Qualifications
• 5 years full-time professional experience
• Bachelor or Masters degree in architecture
• Architectural registration or on the path to licensure
• Proficiency in Revit
• Ability to manage priorities efficiently and effectively on multiple projects either independently or as part of a team
• Excellent written, verbal, listening and presentation skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with your teams, clients and consultants
• Creative, critical, and innovative designer and thinker
• Experience working in all phases of drawing documentation
• Knowledge of building science, building codes, and best practices for durable, sustainable design
• Comfortable working with residential clients and managing small to medium sized projects

The annual salary for this position is expected to range from $70,000 – $85,000, commensurate with experience and licensure status.
