Project Architect

Bull Stockwell Allen is a small award-winning architecture and design firm seeking an experienced, creative, and enthusiastic self-starter with exceptional attention to detail to join our Team as a Project Architect.

The ideal candidate will have their architectural license as well as strong organizational skills. They will demonstrate an ability to manage multiple teams with scheduling, budgets, staffing, and project coordination. This candidate should be an experienced architect with a project management focus to strategize effective project work plans and sustain project objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and develop complex design projects through their different phases of development: programming through construction administration.
Use creativity and experience to conceptualize and problem solve.
Coordinate regularly with Clients, BSA Design Team and Consultants.
Participate in firm business development and interviews.
Serve as a mentor to less experienced team members.

QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS
5+ years of applicable experience within the architecture profession.
A Bachelor’s or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure as an Architect.
Exceptional design and presentation skills.
Proven interpersonal skills with team members, consultants, and clients.
Production skills, including REVIT proficiency.
