Black River Design, Architects in Montpelier, VT is seeking a high-performing Project Manager

Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of Architectural experience
• Ability to manage project budgets and schedules through leadership, organization, and relationship management
• Commitment to sustainable design and design excellence
• Expertise in preparation of construction documents and specifications
• Familiarity with national, state, and local building, accessibility, and energy codes
• Experience with commercial construction detailing preferred
• Effective written and spoken communication skills
• Positive and collaborative attitude
• Contract Administration experience

Preferred Technical Proficiencies
• Revit
• Bluebeam
• MS Office
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Sketchup
