Architect Job Opening

Our firm is seeking the services of a dynamic and competent architect who will have vision, talent, experience, the communication skills, and technical knowledge to participate as part of a team, while managing and coordinating with consultants and manage the project Scope of Work.

The candidate will have the technical knowledge to develop a concept design into construction documents in a collaborative and progressive work environment.

The following criteria are also vital:
• Qualification: (Master of Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture) from an accredited institution. Licensing is preferred but not necessary, we will require proof of Vermont licensing within 1 year.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in various project types.
• Demonstration of detailing knowledge, design ability and knowledge of DataCAD (or AutoCAD) is required, as a minimum.

• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to articulate ideas
• Computer/software competency (CAD/DataCAD & REVIT)
• Accuracy and precision
• The desire to work in a team-based project environment
