White + Burke is excited to announce that their Vermont Development Conference is returning to the Hotel Champlain on November 17, 2026!

We hope you'll join us for this full day of programming that brings together professionals from across Vermont’s real estate development and land use industries to explore the issues, trends, and opportunities shaping the future of development in Vermont.

We welcome submissions from all sectors surrounding these industries: lawyers, architects, contractors, engineers, energy professionals, municipal leaders and others working at the intersection of land use and the real estate development.

We are now accepting speaker proposals. Encouraged topics include creative financing and funding sources, innovation in housing affordability, public-private partnerships, and the impact of federal action on the land use and development industry.
