Dear Construction Leaders,

The construction industry thrives because of strong teams—and among those teams are incredible women who lead, mentor, and inspire every day. These women are not only building projects; they’re building people, shaping the future of our industry.

For me, the reason I am in construction today is because my neighbor was an engineer. Seeing her succeed helped me realize that I could too. That visibility mattered—and it changed my life.

We have the power to create those moments for others. We can help more women see themselves in this industry.

At NAWIC Vermont, our theme this year is “Elevate NAWIC VT by Leveling Up and Lifting Others.” This is more than a slogan—it’s a call to action. We invite you to join us in recognizing the amazing women in your company who exemplify leadership, skill, and dedication.

Submissions are due by November 7. We will announce who was selected by November 21. We will present the awards at the AGC VT Annual Conference Luncheon on December 3 at Hotel Champlain.
