VTBuys is a comprehensive e-procurement system that is replacing Vermont's existing manual system. It will become the primary platform for doing business with the State of Vermont. Moving forward, our top priority is to ensure a smooth transition for the Vermont Supplier Community. To achieve this, we are committed to the following:

•Simplified, self-service access.
•One centralized place to view bid opportunities, submit bids, upload documents, view contract awards, and track and report on spend and performance evaluation.
•Automatic notifications for bid opportunities.
•Easier order, receipt, and payment, and shortened invoicing time.
•Lower administrative costs to manage orders receipt and invoices.
•Lower barriers to compete.
