Virtual SAP Training

AIA Connecticut is hosting a virtual two-day Safety Assessment Training (SAP) Training on February 4 and 5. The program is managed by Cal OES in cooperation with professional organizations, including AIA. SAP is the training standard for the AIA Disaster Assistance Program, which provides leadership, advocacy, and training for architects who wish to volunteer their professional skills during times of crisis. This program is intended for licensed architects, engineers, or certified building inspectors.

This program is ideal for members who:
-Need to recertify their SAP credentials, or
-Would like to become newly certified for the next five years

Wednesday, February 4 & Thursday, February 5, 2026*
- February 4: 1:00pm – 5:00pm
- February 5: 9:00am – 12:00pm
*Attendees must attend both days

This program is approved for
- 6.5 HSW Credits
- 6.5 OEDM Credits

The registration deadline: January 23 (as attendees are required to order training materials in advance)
