We’re excited to share our next Homes for All update, highlighting progress on 802 Homes and the Small-Scale Developer Training Program.

Thanks to your support, the work is gaining real momentum—growing participation, strong developer interest, feedback to refine the home designs, and new partnerships across Vermont and beyond.

Next up—Age-Friendly Housing Workshops! Please see more info below and within the attachments.

Thanks, as always, for your partnership and support! We hope you find the update informative, and we welcome any questions or feedback.

What Makes a Home Age-Friendly?

Please join us at one of our public workshops to gather feedback from older Vermonters and community members on the 802 Homes catalog. Please spread the word to those who may be interested!

These workshops, made possible with help from AARP’s Flagship Community Challenge grant, will focus on refining the draft designs to better support aging in place and long-term livability. Participants will be invited to share perspectives on safety, accessibility, usability, and affordability, among other feedback. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
