AIAVT is hosting a series of webinars focused on firm management topics with Daniel Mullen, an attorney at Sheehey Furlong & Behm.

Dan's practice focuses on transactional, employment, and tax law, as well as design and construction industry matters. Prior to joining Sheehey, Dan served as in-house counsel for an ENR Top 100 consulting engineering firm.

Dan will present on FMLA and leave plenty of time for questions. This session will include information on :

COVID-19 related changes to FMLA
Paid Sick Leave
Unpaid short term FMLA
Unpaid long term FMLA
In addition, the Biden administration is considering a rule change regarding the definition of independent contractors vs. employees. Dan will share an update on where this stands.
