Vermont's building energy standards, also called "energy codes" are regularly updated to make sure we are on track to meet our "net zero energy ready construction by 2030" statewide goal. This course will cover both the 2020 CBES and the 2024 CBES in a comparative format. In anticipation of the Vermont CBES rule changes allowing builders to choose either the 2020 or the 2024 CBES for compliance, this training will review them simultaneously.
