As we plan the 2026 Vermont Historic Preservation & Downtown Conference on June 4th in St. Albans, we’re inviting partners to help shape the program by sharing session ideas, proposing to present, and/or helping promote the event statewide.

Open Call for Sessions
Do you have an idea for a great session? We’d love to hear from you. Session proposals should align with one or more of this year’s focus areas:

Main Street: Supporting local businesses and active downtowns
Resilience: Leading through economic, climate, and community change
Adaptive Use: Repurposing historic buildings for today’s needs
Community Preservation: Protecting identity, stories, and sense of place
