Vermont's building energy standards, also called "energy codes," are regularly updated to make sure Vermont is on track to meet the "net zero energy ready construction by 2030" statewide goal.

On July 1, 2024 the newest updates to Residential Building Energy Standards (RBES) and Commercial Building Energy Standards (CBES) will be effective. This session will review the new energy 2024 RBES, significant changes and updates, and options for compliance. There will be ample time for questions, and an opportunity to request in-person or virtual project specific technical support from Efficiency Vermont experts.

*Course is approved for 3.0 AIA LU/HSW credits. Unfortunately, credits cannot be applied to repeat participants.
