This summit is meant to bring together two perspectives – employee and employer – to grapple with the challenges on both sides of navigating employee needs and workplace flexibility. It is an opportunity for principals and staff to acquire a shared understanding and best practices that ensures the personal and professional success of employees, and the overall success and growth of their organizations.
Discuss how employees and employers understand personal and professional goals, and the support needed from their employers to achieve them
Explore ways that firms can develop and maintain workable systems to meet the needs of employees, while meeting the needs of the organization
Discuss the development and progression of the hybrid work model in the AEC industry
Gain knowledge of current Connecticut and Federal Family Medical Leave Laws
