2016 New Hampshire High Performance Schools Summit

Creating Healthy and Energy Efficient Learning Environments

The State of New Hampshire is devoted to providing students access to the best possible school facilities. To achieve this goal, the New Hampshire Department of Education (NH DOE) and Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP) are hosting a FREE High Performance Schools Summit on November 9 at Kingswood Regional High School in Wolfeboro, NH.

The physical environment in which students learn is vitally important to their long-term health and academic performance. High Performance Schools are energy efficient, easy to maintain and operate, environmentally friendly, and provide superior indoor environmental quality, leading to reduced operating costs and an overall improved occupant experience. One pathway to attain these benefits is through the use of the Northeast Collaborative for High Performance Schools (NE-CHPS) Design Criteria. NE-CHPS can be used for new construction, major renovation projects or in a phased approach to put schools on the pathway to high performance.

Join architects, engineers, facility and energy managers, utility program administrators, school business officials and others for an interactive summit focused on exploring the multiple benefits of high performance schools and making the business case for your next school project.

Sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities are available for this event. For more infomation please send an email to LCarriou@ NEEP.org
