If you are able, please bike or walk to the venue. If driving, park in the public parking lots on either side of the skate park. These are kiosk metered spaces. There is additional parking on Lake St. or across from Main Street Landing. There will be no parking in the lot closest to Water Works, which must be left available to Burlington Harbor Marina patrons.
Gates are at 6:00 pm. A2VT begins at 6:30 pm., followed by the film at 7. A staff person will be on hand at the entry to assist with seating (see below) and to take your groups contact info in case we need to contact you following the event.
Everyone must wear a mask if you are not in your seating pod. You can opt to be unmasked in your seating pods.
FOOD AND DRINK
There will be no food or alcohol served. This is an alcohol free event. If you bring your own snacks or beverages, you are expected to carry out your own trash and recycling.
This is a completely open air venue in a public park. The park has been divided into "pods" that range from 8 ft. to 10 ft. spacing around each seating area. Seating pods are identified by small flags on the lawn and with sidewalk chalk on the pavement.
We encourage people to come in groups of 4 if possible. We will trust guest judgement on larger groups and can merge pods with discretion. Please only attend this event with people whom you are comfortable sitting close to.
The back sections are ideal for couples in chairs. The grass and front seats are ideal for groups. Bring your own chairs and blankets to be comfortable.
RAIN OR EXTREME WEATHER
In the event of rain or extreme weather, the event will be canceled by 3pm on Wednesday 9/23. Follow BCA and BPRW’s social media for updates.
All guests are expected to adhere to CDC and Vermont guidelines in relation to social distancing while attending the event. See www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html and Coronavirus (COVID-19)

At the conclusion of the show, please give yourself time to exit with appropriate spacing.
